2 youths jailed in drugs case in N\\\'ganj

A mobile court in Narayanganj on Thursday sentenced 2 young men to 6 months’ imprisonment each for taking and peddling drugs. The convicts were identified as Alamgir Hossain, 26, son of Samiullah, and Al Amin, 25, son of Ali Jabbar, both residents of Rasulbagh area in Siddhirgaj of Narayanganj district. Being informed, a team of Narcotics Control Department, Narayanganj, conducted a drive in Rasulbagh in Siddhirgaj and arrested them in possession of 1 kilogram of hemp. They were produced before a mobile court led by executive magistrate Gausul Azam who pronounced the verdict, according to a news agency.
