20 Bangladeshis held along border

Our Correspondent KHULNA, Oct 16: BGB arrested 20 Bangladeshi nationals including two children while they were going to India illegally from two separate places of border area Saturday. Putkhali BGB Commander Zillur Rahman said some males and females were being trafficked to India through Putkhali border with the help of a syndicate of traffickers. BGB conducted a drive at Putkhali border and arrested 13 persons including 2 children. But the traffickers managed to escape on sensing the presence of BGB members.
