20 dists get new DCs, 4 officials made secys

In a major reshuffle in the public administration, the government has transferred 20 deputy commissioners (DC) and elevated four officials to secretaries. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a circular effecting the changes on Wednesday. The circular said the government has appointed new deputy commissioners to 20 districts. Besides, four acting secretaries or officials of their level have also been made secretaries, according to a news agency.
