20-party alliance calls hartal in Pabna today

PABNA, Jan 13: The 20-party alliance called a daylong hartal in Pabna tomorrow (Wednesday) in protest against arrest of 48 Jamaat men including its district ameer.
Police detained 48 Jamaat men, including ameer of Pabna district, Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) called a daylong hartal demanding release of BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, central leader Habibur Rahman Habib, who hails from Pabna.
