21-day fair begins

GOPALGONJ, Dec 12: The 21-day traditional "Kali puja mela- 2009" of Gopalgonj began at Sheikh Kamal Stadium in the town here.
The fair began on Dec 2 and it will continue until Dec 23.
Gopalgonj District administration and local puja advisory committee, central Kalibari, Gopalgonj jointly organised the fair.
Earlier DR Khandaker Sakayer Hossain Commissioner inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
About 200 stalls have been set up in the fair.
