JAKARTA, Sep 15 (AFP): At least 21 people were killed in a stampede in Indonesia on Monday as they crowded an alley waiting for a cash handout for the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, a report said.
The bodies of 21 people had been collected from the scene of the stampede in Pasuruan, East Java province, Antara state news agency reported.
