Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary Mukul Bose Monday said that a 21-point AL reform proposal would be handed over to the party President Sheikh Hasina in three days, reports bdnews24.com.
"The reform outline has been finalised keeping the AL chief in the loop," Mukul told reporters as he left Hasina's Shudha Sadan home in the city's Dhanmondi area after a 45-minute meeting.
On the nature of the proposed reforms, Mukul said a reformed party would promote accountability, joint leadership and democratic practices.
Mukul thanked the interim government for bringing one of the convicts of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members murder AKM Mohiuddin Ahmed back to Bangladesh.
