218 out of 302 upazila polls officials pass test

A total of 218 out of the 302 controversial upazila election officials could retain their jobs by passing the assessment examination taken on May 18 while the rest failed. "Some 84 officials couldn't qualify. They wouldn't be retained. The decision would take effect from September 6 as their probation ends on that date. —UNB
