22nd AGM of Asia Pacific General Insurance held

The 22nd AGM of the Asia Pacific General Insurance Co. Ltd was held virtually on a digital platform recently. Chairman of the company Aftabul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Chief Executive Officer Bidhu Bhuson Chakraborty and Company Secretary Md. Shariful Islam Chowdhury attended the meeting. The AGM approved 18 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders of the company for the year 2021.
