22nd AGM of Express Insurance held

The 22nd annual general meeting of Express Insurance Limited was held on a digital platform recently, with Chairman of the company Syed Al Farooque in the chair. A large number of shareholders joined the meeting virtually. Annual accounts of the company for 2021 and 10 per cent cash dividend for 2021 were approved in the meeting.
