22nd AGM of Pragati Life Insurance held

The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance Limited was held on a digital platform on Sunday. Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting. CEO Md. Jalalul Azim was also present at the AGM. The shareholders unanimously approved 11 per cent cash dividend and 6 per cent stock dividend for the year 2021.
