22nd AGM of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited was held on a digital platform on Wednesday. Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Mohammed Younus presided over the meeting. The AGM approved a total of 15 per cent (12 per cent cash and 3 per cent stock) dividend for the shareholders for the year ended on 31 December 2022. Managing Director and CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, among others, was present at the AGM.
