23 Bangladeshis held along border

KHULNA, May 12: BGB members arrested 23 Bangladeshi nationals including 12 children and 7 women from Bhomrah border and bus stand area Tuesday night while they were coming from India in illegal way. Satkhira BGB 41 Battalion Commander said that 15 Bangladeshi nationals including women and children came to Bhomra from India Tuesday night at about 11 pm. Satkhira Sadar thana police arrested 8 Rohingya members of a family from Satkhira busstand while they were going to India in search of job. They said that they were living at Teknaf for last five months coming from Myanmar and they were going to India through a middleman Nazrul Islam of village Sekendra under Debhata Upazila of Satkhira Wednesday night.
