23rd AGM of Hamid Fabrics Limited

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hamid Fabrics Limited was held at Trust Milonayaton in the city on Wednesday. Chairman of the Board of Directors AHM Mozammel Hoque presided over the programme. Managing Director Abdullah Al Mahmud and other high-ups attended the function. The AGM approved 15 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders.
