23rd AGM of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank was held on May 30, 2024 through a digital platform. Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Mr. A. K. Azad, MP, presided over the meeting. The AGM approved 14 per cent cash dividends for shareholders. Mr. A. K. Azad, & Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed spoke at the AGM.
