2,460kg polythene seized, three factories sealed in Dhaka

During an operation in Dhaka's Chawkbazar, 2,460 kg of polythene were seized, and three factories sealed.
The polythene was seized and the factories sealed during an operation against polythene manufacturers in Dhaka's Chawkbazar.
The operation was carried out on Wednesday, reports UNB.
The crackdown on polythene production will continue in the future, said Executive Magistrate Kazi Tamzid Ahmed, who led the operation with support from the army, RAB, and police.
