24th AGM of BRAC Bank held

The 24th annual general meeting (AGM) of BRAC Bank Limited was held on a virtual platform on Wednesday. Chairperson of the bank Meheriar M. Hasan presided over the AGM while Managing Director and CEO Selim R. F. Hussain attended the meeting. The shareholders of the bank have approved a 15 per cent dividend - 7.50 per cent in cash and 7.50 per cent in stock - for the year 2022.
