250 bottles Phensidyl recovered: 1 arrested

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel seized 250 bottles Phensidyl at Charbagdanga in Chapainawabganj Sadar Upazila on Saturday morning. RAB-5 sources said they also arrestee one – Tawfiq, 35, – in this connection. Being tipped off a RAB-5 team conducted a drive on one Shahidul’s house around 4.00am and recovered 250 bottles of contraband syrup. They picked up Tawfiq from the house, according to a news agency.
