25th AGM of Asia Pacific General Insurance Co. LTD. held

The 25th AGM of the Asia Pacific General Insurance Co. LTD. was held recently on a digital platform. Chairman of the Company Aftab ul Islam presided over the meeting. Members of the Board of Directors Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, Kashfi Kamal, Gazi A.Z.M. Shamim, Mohd. Shahjahan Miah, Abdul Haque, Golam Kabir Chowdhury, Shah Md. Tawsif Wahid Anabil, Moshiur Rahman, Independent Director M. Jalalul Hai and Dr. Muhammad Abdul Mazid, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) K.M. Saidur Rahman and general shareholders of the company attended the meeting. The AGM approved 10% (Ten) cash dividend for the year 2024.
