25th AGM of ICB Securities Trading Company held

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Securities Trading Company Limited (ISTCL) was held at the head office of the company in Kakrail, Dhaka on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Md. Nurul Huda, Deputy Managing Director of holding company, ICB and also Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISTCL. Professor Abu Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB, Niranjan Chandra Debnath, Managing Director of ICB, and Md. Mofizur Rahman, CEO & Director of the Board of ISTCL, were present. All the shareholders and members of the Board of Directors of the company were also present.
