27th AGM of Northern Islami Insurance held

The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Northern Islami Insurance Ltd. was held on a digital platform recently, with Director Nasiruddin in the chair. Vice Chairman Md Mostafizur Rahman, Directors Jawadul Alam Chowdhury, Mohammad Azam, Barrister Faysal Ahmed Patwary, Abdullah Jamil Matin, Tasmin Saida Chowdhury, Naiyer Sultana, Ferdousi Islam, Independent Director Dr Zainab Begum, CEO Chowdhury Golam Faruque, CFO & DMD Sujit Kumar Dey and Company Secretary MH Galib joined the AGM. The shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend.
