27th AGM of SIBL held

The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL) was held on Wednesday on a virtual platform. Dr. Md. Mahbub Ul Alam, Chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meeting. Managing Director & CEO Zafar Alam, was also present in the meeting. The shareholders approved 10 per cent dividend (5 per cent cash & 5 per cent stock) for the financial year 2021 at the AGM.
