28 criminals nabbed in Narsingdi

Our Correspondent NARSINGDI, Dec 22: All six thana police in Narsingdi raided different places and arrested 28 accused in different cases including 17 dacoits of the district during the last 20 days from December 1 to 20 and recovered one foreign made pistol, one short gun, one foreign made revolver, 30 round bullets, two Ram da and one shovel from their possession. According to Police Super of the arrested dacoits six out of 17 have given confessional statement to the police under section 161. Meanwhile police also recovered 224 bottles of phensidyl and 54 kg ganja, 120 litres country made liquor, 10 gram heroin, 26 pieces Yaba tablet and 24 can bear.
