2nd anniversary of Holey Artisan attack

Bangladesh is observing the second anniversary of the Holey Artisan attack. On July 1, 2016, a gang of five young men attacked the Holey Artisan bakery killing 22 people including foreign nationals and police officials. The incident came to a bloody end the next morning on July 2 through 'Operation Thunderbolt' when the five terrorists were killed.
Over the next few months, 13 out of 21 more terrorists, allegedly linked with the attack, were killed during different raids conducted by law enforcement agencies. Even then, eight people have been identified in the charge sheet which is likely to be submitted by the Dhaka Metropolitan Police. It is necessary to continue the investigations, find the real masterminds behind the attack and bring them to book.
