3 Bangladeshis injured by BSF in Satkhira

Three Bangladeshi young men were injured in an attack by India’s Border Security Force (BSF) personnel at Satkhira Sadar Upazila on Sunday. The victims were identified as Moyna of Gobindakati village, Shamsur Rahman of Boikari village of Sadar Upazila and Mukul Hossain of Haualkhali village of Kolaroa Upazila. Locals said a group of BSF men from Gobarda camp caught the three people while they were returning to the country along with cattle through Boikari border point around 5:00am. The BSF men beat and stabbed them indiscriminately, leaving the three injured critically. Major Najir Ahmed, acting commanding officer of BGB-38, said he heard about the incident, according to UNB.
