3 Beximco cos recommend dividends

Three listed companies of Beximco Group Monday recommended dividends, according to DSE website. The companies of Beximco Group are Beximco Synthetics Limited, Bextex Limited and Shinepukur Ceramics Limited. The board of directors of Beximco Synthetics has recommended 15 per cent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2010. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at Beximco Industrial Park, Sarabo, Kashimpur, Gazipur at 3:45pm on June 30. The record date is May 11. The company has stated EPS of Tk 4.61, NAV per share of Tk 338.10 and NOCFPS of Tk 16.42 for the year that ended on December 31, 2010. The board of directors of Bextex Limited has recommended 15 per cent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2010. The AGM of the company will be held at Beximco Industrial Park, Sarabo, Kashimpur, Gazipur at 1:00pm on June 30. The record date is May 11. The company has stated EPS of Tk 4.36, NAV per share of Tk 27.12 and NOCFPS of Tk 8.67 for the year that ended on December 31, 2010.
