3 caught while digging up Dr Mahjabin\\\'s body

Police on Monday night arrested three people from Karbala graveyard in Jessore district while they were ‘trying to dig up the body of Dr Shamarukh Mahjabin Shama’ who had been killed allegedly by her in-laws in Dhaka on November 13. The arrested are Badruzzoha, 32, son of Kamruzzaman, a resident of Puratan Kasba Kanthaltala area, Suman, 28, son of Abdus Salam, a resident of Kholadanga area of Jessore town and Kamal Arif Tushar, 30, son of Mostafa Nurul Islam, a resident of Noapara village of Sadar Upazila. Being informed, a team of Jessore Kotwali Model Police Station caught them red handed at Karbala graveyard around 9:30pm when they were trying to dig up the body of Dr Mahjabin. Engineer Nurul Islam, father of Dr Mahjabin, feared that the body of his daughter might be stolen from the grave, according to a news agency.
