A three-day Bangladesh remittance fair will begin in Comilla from July 23, targeting to create awareness among the remitter and remittance beneficiaries about the bad effect of 'hundi' in the economy.
Dhaka International Exhibition Company Limited (DIEC) has organised the fair aiming to gear up the remittance inflow through banking channel for facing the worldwide economic meltdown.
The three-day remittance fair is expected to enrich road show, number of seminars and anti-hundi awareness programme for the remitter as well as remittance beneficiaries and the prevailing remittance facilities of different banks.
