3 die in Comilla, Gaibandha road accidents

Three people were killed and six others injured in road accidents in Comilla and Gaibandha districts on Thursday morning. In Gaibandha, a Sadar Uapzila-bound human hauler knocked down three women while they were crossing a road in Dhopadanga under Sundarganj Upazila, leaving Rajina, 35, and Najma, 40, dead on the spot around 8:30am. The injured woman was rushed to a local hospital. In Comilla, a Dhaka-bound microbus collided with a CNG-run auto-rickshaw coming from the opposite direction, leaving auto-rickshaw driver Jewel dead on the spot and five other people injured in Bijoypur under Sadar Dakkhin Upazila around 6am. The injured were rushed to different hospitals, according to a news agency.
