3 die in Sirajganj road crash

Three people were killed in a road accident in Tarash upazila in Sirajganj district on Monday morning. Identity of the deceased was not known immediately. Police said a Dhaka-bound mango-laden truck from Rajshahi collided with a covered van in Hamkuria area on the Hatikumrul-Bonpara road around 8:30am, leaving three people in the covered van dead on the spot. On information, police recovered the bodies and sent those to Sirajganj General Hospital for autopsy, according to AFP.
