3 die in Sylhet bus-microbus collision

A head-on collision between a bus and a microbus has left three people dead in Sylhet. The deceased, including a woman, could not be immediately identified. At least four others were injured, said the police. South Surma police station OC Morsalin Ahmed said, the accident took place near Rashidpur in the south Surma Upazila on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 10:30 am on Wednesday. A Dhaka-bound bus hit the microbus, killing its driver and a passenger on the spot, while another died in hospital, he told bdnews24.com.
