3 foreigners without stay permits arrested

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested three foreigners without stay permits from a flat at Moghbazar in the city on Tuesday. The elite force also arrested the flat owner for renting the flat to the foreigners without verifying their permits, according to a news agency.
