3 held over HSC question paper leak

Police arrested three people from different areas in Sherpur town on Wednesday night for their alleged involvement in leak of question paper of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations, which began across the country on Thursday. The arrestees were identified as Anisur Rahman, 30, Asaduzzaman, 20, and Kalyan Kumar Ray, 21. Shahjahan, assistant superintendent of police, said on secret information, a team of police conducted a drive in College More, DC Gate and Bus Terminal area of the district town at about 10:30 pm and arrested the trio. Police also recovered photocopy machines and eight copies of the question paper of Bangla first paper HSC examination, 2014, from their possession. A case was filed in this connection, according to UNB.
