3 killed, 5 injured in road accidents

BOGRA, July 21(UNB): Three people were killed and five others injured in separate road accidents in Nandigram and Adamdighi upazilas Sunday and Monday.
The deceased were identified as Abdul Kuddus (35), driver of three wheelers bhatbhati, Shamsul Alam Talukdar (32), son of Asir Talukdar of Sherpur village of Dupchachia Upazila and another unidentified aged about 34.
A man was killed and three others were injured as a human hauler, locally known as Bhatbhati, turned turtle at Dalgachha on Katham-Kaliganj road in Nandigram Upazila Monday.
Four people were also injured when the human hauler skidded off the road.
Among the injured, Quddus was rushed to a local hospital where he died while the rest were admitted to Bogra Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
