3 killed in city gun attack

Unidentified assailants gunned down three people, including a woman, and injured another in a house at Sonalibagh in the city’s Moghbazar area on Thursday night. The deceased could not be identified immediately. Assistant police commissioner (Ramna Zone) Shibly Noman told UNB that a group of gunmen stormed into a house on the second floor of a multi-storey building around 8pm and opened fire indiscriminately on the house inmates, killing three of them on the spot and injuring another.
