3 medicine shops fined in Ctg

An anti-adulteration mobile court on Thursday realised fine from three medicine shops for selling date-expired medicines without taking drug license. The drive was conducted by Executive magistrate Ruhul Amin in cooperation with Drug Administration Directorate and Chittagong Metropolitan Police. Ruhul Amin said that owners of the three shops located in Masterpool area under Bakalia thana and Momin road area under Kotwali thana of Chittagong district were fined with taka 21,000 each for selling expired medicines without drug license, according to a news agency.
