3-member prosecution team ready for BDR case

The government has constituted a three-member prosecution team with Anisul Huq, a Supreme Court lawyer, as its head to conduct the paramilitary BDR massacre case. The two other prosecutors are advocates Syed Haider Ali and Mosharraf Hossain Kajol. Law Ministry sources said Monday that the three-member prosecution team was constituted on April 23.They said that as the head of prosecution team, Anisul Huq would enjoy the status of the Attorney General. — UNB
