3 militants held in connection with CPB rally bomb blast

The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three militants in connection with the bomb attack on a CPB rally in 2001, reports bdnews24.com.
The arrestees - Idris Ali, Abdul Latif and Md Sakhawat Hossain- are members of the banned Islamist outfit Harkat-ul-Jihad, said Md Sohail, commander of RAB's law and public relations wing.
He said these persons were arrested from the city's Mohammadpur area Saturday night.
All of them were accused in the First Information Report of the case.
