3 muggers held in Sylhet

Police arrested three suspected muggers from Shibganj in Sylhet city on Friday. The arrested were identified as Ruhul Ahmed, 22, Mamunul Haque, 25, and Badshah Mia, 20. Mohammad Shakhawat Hossain, officer-in-charge of Shah Poran (RA) Police Station, said suspecting the movement of three young men, a patrol team of police searched their bodies and recovered a machete from their possession. Two separate cases were filed with Shah Poran (RA) Police Station in this connection, according to UNB.
