30 injured in Habiganj clash

At least 30 people were injured in a clash between two rival groups at Gopaya village in Habiganj Sadar Upazila on Monday afternoon. Police and locals said two groups, led by Athar Ali and Ramiz Ali, locked into a fierce clash over a disputed land. As a sequel to the enmity both groups equipped with local weapons attacked each other leaving 30 people injured. Of the injured, 10 persons were admitted to Habiganj Sadar Hospital. The rest were given first aid, according to BSS.
