30th death anniv of Walie Ashraf observed

The 30th death anniversary of ATM Walie Ashraf, a former BNP leader and parliament member from Brahmanbaria-6 constituency, was observed Wednesday, said a release.
On the occasion, Ashraf's family members, relatives, friends, political followers and well-wishers held a Dua Mahfil beside his graveyard in Bancharampur.
Ashraf also was a freedom fighter and senior journalist.
