31 candidates for each seat in Ctg University

CHITTAGONG, Sept 29 (bdnews24.com): A total of 31 candidates have been vying for a single seat on an average in Chittagong University's 2010-11 honours admission test. "Some 1, 11,560 applications would face for the 3,660 seats for six faculties and three institutions" AKM Fazlul Haque Pasha, member secretary of the University Admission Committee, told the news agency. The admission tests would be held between October 7 and October 12.
This is for the first time Chittagong University has introduced digital admission procedure for receiving admission applications through SMS.
