31 members of doper gang held in city

Detective Branch (DB) personnel of police in a drive arrested 31 alleged members of a doper gang from different parts of the capital on Wednesday night. Sources at the DB headquarters said a special team of the detectives launched a simultaneous drive in different areas of the city at midnight and arrested the 31 people. The plainclothes policemen also recovered huge sedative medicine from their possession. Details of the drive will be informed at a press briefing, added the DB headquarters sources, according to UNB.
