31st Annual General Meeting of EBL held

Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) declared a 25 per cent dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2022, with 12.50 per cent to be given as cash and the remaining 12.50 per cent as stock. Shareholders approved the dividend at the 31st Annual General Meeting held digitally on Wednesday. EBL's board of directors, led by Md Showkat Ali Chowdhury, presided over the AGM, which was attended by directors and senior officials.
