320 students get BAFWWA stipends

Bangladesh Air Force Women Welfare Association (BAFWWA) stipend was handed over to 320 meritorious students of BAF Shaheen School and College for their outstanding performance in the SSC, HSC, 'O' and 'A' examinations held in 2014, says a press release.
Wife of Air Chief and BAFWWA President Begum Mary Enam handed over the cheques of stipend as chief guest at Falcon Hall, Tejgaon Monday.
A total of 130 students got golden GPA-5 in the SSC and HSC examinations and a total of 188 students got GPA-5 in the SSC and HSC examinations this year. On the other hand, 2 students got 'A' grade marks in the 'O' level examination this year.
Students with golden GPA-5 in the SSC and HSC examinations received taka 2000 and 3000 each respectively and students with GPA-5 in the SSC and HSC examinations received taka 1000 and 2000 respectively.
Students who obtained 'A' grade in at least six subjects in the 'O' level examination received taka 2000 each this year.
