A United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) study Wednesday revealed that about 33 million (3.30 crore) children in Bangladesh - about half of all Bangladeshi children - are living in poverty.
The report also revealed that one in four children is deprived of at least four basic needs including food, education, health, information, shelter, water and sanitation.
The UNICEF revealed the study report on Child Poverty and Disparities in Bangladesh in a formal ceremony at a city.
