Thirty-four more cases of swine flu were detected countrywide Tuesday, pushing the official count of people infected by the deadly H1N1 virus to 247, the health minister said. The figure was 213 until Monday. All patients suspected to have contracted the flu need not to be diagnosed, AFM Ruhal Haq said after an inter-ministerial meeting at the Secretariat. "The risky patients will be treated only," he said.
