349TH BOARD MEETING OF IFIL HELD

The 349th meeting of the Board of Directors of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) was held at its head office on Tuesday. K.B.M. Moin Uddin Chisty, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL, presided over the meeting. Among others, Directors Abul Quasem Haider, Mostanser Billa and Asgar Haider, Independent Director Irteza Reza Chowdhury and the company's Managing Director & CEO Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain were present at the event.
