34th, 35th and 36th AGM of Delta Life Insurance Company held virtually

The 34th, 35th and 36th annual general meeting (AGM) of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd was held on Thursday virtually. As per the Supreme Court orders, the meetings were presided over by Justice Moyeenul Islam Chowdhury. Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, chairman of the board of directors, member of the board of directors and observer Azimuddin Biswas, additional secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, external auditors, representative of BSEC, representative of DSE and CSE, independent scrutiniser and shareholders joined the meetings. The shareholders approved a 30 per cent cash dividend for each year, totalling 90 per cent against the face value of per share Tk 10.
