35th AGM of Peoples Insurance Company

The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Peoples Insurance Company Limited was held on a digital platform recently. The company's Chairman Jafar Ahmed Patwari presided over the meeting while Adviser M. H. Khaled, Managing Director and CEO Sib Sankar Saha, FCA, and Company Secretary Sk. Md. Sarfaraz Hossain ACS, were present. The AGM approved 8.0 per cent cash dividend for the year 2019.
